A stylish apartment with stunning views over the Menai Straits and to the Isle of Anglesey.

The property has everything you would expect of a modern apartment, with an open plan living area with patio doors leading to a glazed balcony, where you can take in the views with a glass of wine!

Menai View is located in Y Felinheli, convenient for the national coastal path of Wales (which runs past the apartment) and Snowdonia, which is only 15 minutes away, with Anglesey being only 3.4 miles away.

The apartment has everything you need to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views of the Menai Straits and Anglesey.

The living accommodation is open plan with a fitted kitchen, dining table (which comfortably seats 6 people) and lounge area. The lounge has a double bed settee, separate sofa and a bean bag seat.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and built in wardrobes, whilst the second bedroom has a double bed, bunk bed and and built in wardrobes. The bathroom has wash hand basin, bath with electric shower over and toilet.

There is a balcony with bistro style seating to take in the amazing view, which is something to behold even in inclement weather!

Guests will have full access to the apartment.

Menai View is located on the Marina Estate in Y Felinheli being both quiet and very convenient with amenities close to including the Garddfon Inn a lovely and busy pub serving excellent food and La Marina a Mediterranean Inspired Restaurant which serves great food and drink. The Swellies Cafe (famous for their breakfasts) is open from morning till mid afternoon and caters for lunch and breakfast.

The apartment is located on the Welsh Coastal Path and is ideally positioned for access to Snowdonia National Park being only 15 minutes from the apartment. Plas Menai (the national watersports centre) is located only 2 miles away and offers a full range of water sport activities.

Bangor and Caernarfon are a short drive away (5 miles each) having a full range of retail, food and leisure activities. Bangor has a large Tesco Supermarket (4 miles away).

Free parking is available in the car park outside of the apartment.

The apartment is one of only six in a block. Other apartments in the block are occupied by permanent residents, so we do ask that guests respect the neighbours.
